Buyerly legal
Data Deletion Instructions
You can revoke future Meta access immediately and ask Buyerly to delete the data associated with your Buyerly account or connected Facebook profile.
Effective 17 August 20261. Revoke Meta access
You can stop future access by removing Buyerly from the Business Integrations or Apps and Websites settings of the Facebook account that authorised the connection. Meta controls the exact location and wording of this setting.
Revoking access prevents new Meta API requests with that authorisation. It does not automatically remove information already stored by Buyerly, so complete the deletion request below as well.
2. Send a deletion request
- Email [email protected] with the subject Buyerly data deletion request.
- Include your Buyerly username or Telegram username and the display name of the connected Facebook profile or advertising account.
- State whether you want to delete one Meta connection or your complete Buyerly account.
- Complete the ownership verification we send through the Buyerly account or another channel already associated with it.
3. What we delete
After verification, the requested scope may include:
- the encrypted Meta access token and connection status;
- the Meta user identifier and display name stored for the connection;
- Business Portfolio and advertising account mappings linked to that connection;
- Buyerly profile information when the complete account is being deleted;
- saved rules, preferences and performance data associated only with the deleted account.
Limited security, transaction or audit records may be retained or de-identified when required to protect users, demonstrate completed actions, resolve disputes or comply with law. Residual encrypted copies disappear through the normal backup-retention cycle.
4. Timing and confirmation
We aim to verify and complete a valid deletion request within 30 days. If a legal or security obligation requires more time or limited retention, we will explain that in our response. We will confirm when the active Buyerly records covered by the request have been deleted or de-identified.
5. Questions
For questions about the deletion process, contact [email protected]. More information about Buyerly's data practices is available in our Privacy Policy.
