Buyerly legal
Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Buyerly processes when you connect Meta advertising assets, how that information is used, and how you can request its deletion.
Effective 17 August 20261. Who we are
Buyerly is a media-buying operations service that helps authorised users monitor Meta Ads performance, organise advertising accounts, configure automation rules, review action history and receive operational notifications.
Questions about this policy or personal data requests can be sent to [email protected].
2. Information we process
Depending on the features you use, Buyerly may process:
- Buyerly account data: your Telegram identifier, username, display name, role and securely hashed web password.
- Meta connection data: your Meta user ID and display name, granted permissions, token validity and expiry information, and an encrypted access token.
- Business asset data: Business Portfolio and advertising account IDs, names, roles, status, currency, time zone and other metadata made available by Meta.
- Advertising performance data: delivery, spend, clicks, leads, registrations, purchases and related aggregated metrics requested for your connected advertising accounts.
- Operational records: rules, automation results, reversible actions, synchronisation status, errors and audit events.
- Security and service data: request metadata and technical logs needed to protect, diagnose and operate the service.
3. Information we do not collect
Buyerly does not ask for or collect your Facebook password, Facebook session cookies, anti-detect browser data or authentication codes. Facebook Login happens on Meta's official domain. Meta access tokens and the app secret are never exposed in the Buyerly interface.
4. How we use information
- authenticate and administer your Buyerly account;
- connect advertising assets that you are authorised to access;
- retrieve, store and display advertising performance;
- perform actions and automation rules configured by an authorised user;
- send requested Telegram notifications;
- maintain an action history, prevent duplicate actions and support safe undo operations;
- protect the service, investigate failures and meet legal obligations.
We process this information to provide the service you requested, follow your instructions, protect the service and comply with applicable law. Where consent is legally required, we rely on your consent.
5. Meta Platform data
Buyerly accesses Meta Platform data only after an authorised person completes Meta's official permission flow or provides an authorised System User connection. We request only permissions needed for the selected Buyerly features. You can revoke Buyerly's access in Meta at any time.
Our use of information received from Meta APIs is also subject to the applicable Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies.
6. Sharing and sale of data
We do not sell personal information or Meta Platform data. Information may be processed by infrastructure providers that host Buyerly, by Telegram when you use Telegram features, and by Meta when you use Meta products. We may disclose limited information when required by law or to protect users and the service.
7. Storage, security and retention
Meta access tokens are encrypted at rest and used only by Buyerly's server-side services. Access is restricted by account ownership, and sensitive values are removed from normal application logs.
Connection data is retained while the connection is active and for the limited period needed to complete deletion, security, dispute or legal processes. Performance snapshots and audit records are retained while needed to provide history and operational accountability. Backups expire through the normal backup-retention cycle.
8. Your choices and rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, disconnect a Meta profile, or object to certain processing where applicable. We may need to verify that you control the relevant Buyerly account before acting on a request.
For deletion steps, see the Buyerly Data Deletion Instructions.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when Buyerly's features, legal obligations or data practices change. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version.
