Buyerly legal
Terms of Service
These terms govern access to Buyerly and the use of its Meta Ads monitoring, reporting and automation features.
Effective 17 August 20261. Acceptance
By creating an account, connecting an advertising asset or using Buyerly, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use Buyerly for a company or client, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms and act on its behalf.
2. The service
Buyerly provides tools for viewing advertising performance, organising Meta advertising accounts, configuring automation rules, recording operational actions and sending notifications. Features may change as Meta APIs and Buyerly evolve.
3. Authority to connect assets
You may connect only Facebook profiles, Business Portfolios and advertising accounts that you own or are authorised to access and manage. You are responsible for maintaining the roles, permissions, payment settings and legal authority required for each connected asset.
4. Responsible automation
Automation rules can pause, resume or otherwise change advertising delivery. You are responsible for reviewing rule conditions, thresholds, currencies, time zones and selected accounts before enabling automation.
5. Account security
You must protect your Buyerly, Telegram and Meta accounts and promptly report suspected unauthorised access. Do not send Buyerly or any other person your Facebook password, session cookies, access tokens or authentication codes.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use Buyerly to:
- access advertising assets without permission;
- circumvent Meta security, review, rate limits or enforcement systems;
- collect Facebook passwords, cookies or browser-session data;
- violate Meta terms, advertising policies or applicable law;
- interfere with Buyerly, probe other users' data or introduce malicious code;
- misrepresent your identity, authority or intended use of data.
7. Third-party services
Buyerly depends on services provided by Meta, Telegram and infrastructure providers. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms and policies. Changes, outages, restrictions or enforcement decisions by a third party may affect Buyerly features.
8. Availability and changes
We work to operate Buyerly reliably but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. We may maintain, update, limit or discontinue features to protect users, comply with law or adapt to third-party API changes.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Buyerly and request deletion of your data. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address security risks, unauthorised activity, violations of these Terms or legal requirements.
10. Disclaimers and responsibility
Buyerly is an operational tool and does not provide legal, tax, accounting or investment advice. Advertising platforms may report delayed or adjusted data. You remain responsible for campaign decisions, budgets, account compliance and verification of important actions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Buyerly is provided on an “as available” basis and is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss caused by platform outages, user configuration, unauthorised access outside Buyerly's reasonable control or third-party enforcement.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the service or applicable requirements change. Continued use after an updated effective date means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.
